The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free play. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Zappy Zoo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
